Uncle T's Wedding

I am slightly behind on my blog updating....Ok massively behind, but we won't talk about that...

I realized the other day that I never posted any pictures from our adventure in September to New Jersey and back, in the minivan, with 2 six year olds, a 2.5 year old, and 9 week old twins.  That's 11 hours each way people....to go to my brother's wedding. Thank goodness there was an open bar is all I've gotta say...

To be honest, it went much easier than we anticipated.  The kids did excellent in the car, the babies slept almost the whole way, and we had lots and lots of help from family once we hit the Garden State.

K and G were featured as flower girl and ring bearer in the wedding, E served as reception entertainment with her highly enthusiastic dance moves, and the babies were fabulous snoozers.

We all came out of the adventure unscathed and not too worn out, got to see lots of family, and survived 4 nights in a hotel room (acutally rooms - we've outgrown the singular).  And we got to see Uncle T and new Aunt M get married, which was definitely worth it.

Ready for the big day.....
 Taking the job seriously....

Diva E strechin out before the ceremony....
Celebrating a job well done!

And then the party girl came out....You would have thought we had her chug a Red Bull before the reception the way she was non-stop dancin'

Some of us didn't have as much energy as party girl E...
Cousin H decided he needed a bit of a nap
 and so did the babies!

We can now say we have road-tripped in the van with all 5 and survived. May need to get a tattoo or something to commemorate the event...What's the color of ribbon for a family of 7 road-trip survivor???
