Back in MARCH, the kids school held a sock hop to raise money for a scholarship fund, or something important like that which I can't quite recall now that it is July. Besides having to explain what a sock hop was and why they had to wear rolled up jeans and white Tshirts multiple times, we had fun finding some '60s clothes and greasing/pony-tailing our hair. Kids had a great time (not sure how much dancing they actually did) and we got a full run down of all the $.25 snacks they bought over a 2 hour period.
