After a very long week of packers, loaders, unloaders, driving 10 hours in the car by myself with the kids, and countless boxes and mounds of packing paper...we are here in Indy! A huge thanks to grandmas and grandpas that watched the kids over the weekend while Lee and I feverishly unpacked, and friends in KC who fed us and let us crash at their houses while all our belongings were disappearing into a truck. Today we finally got internet and cable, so I feel a little more like we are joining the land of the living.
More posts to come about our moving adventure. Right now it is naptime and I have boxes to unpack (anyone know where the movers packed the key to the file cabinet???Anyone??)
PS - the people who live behind us are Mizzou Tigers. We're not in Kansas anymore Toto....Must purchase large Jayhawk flag immediatly.
YEA!!! So glad to hear that you made it there safely! I've been thinking about you so much, but figured that you were quite busy!!! Can't wait to see pictures of the new house...and of course, your BIG Jayhawk flag!!!
